Proximity is Village Building's latest medium density housing venture. Located in Bruce on the approach to Canberra Stadium and the Australian Institute of Sport, the first two stages of Proximity are a mix of one and two bedroom apartments, and ranged in price from $215,000 to $337,000. The development has commercial space on the ground floor with a hairdresser, beautician, cafe and physiotherapist due to open for business in late 2007. The final stage will be released in late 2007 offering one and two bedroom apartments and commercial space.
The Summit, NSW
This residential and tourist development at Coffs Harbour covers of 36 hectares over four separate landholdings . The individual parcels will be brought together under a Community Title Scheme and when combined will yield between 500 and 600 residential dwelling units. The landmark Big Banana tourist attraction has been recently upgraded and redeveloped and will include a water park attraction and a new tourist village with boutique retail, cafes and family style accommodation.
