The first stage of a new water park attraction at the iconic Big Banana was unveiled today in Coffs Harbour by Mayor Keith Rhoades. The attraction is part of a $150 million redevelopment plan for the tourism complex, which will be undertaken as a joint venture by the Rubie family and The Village Building Co. (VBC).

The final affordable house and land release before Christmas attracted a strong interest from buyers with a large number of people registering in the hope of securing a home before the end of the year.
Mr Winnel says the ‘Brindabella at Macgregor’ development is filling a gap in the affordable end of the market which is not currently being serviced.
