Senior Development Manager - Apartments

Prior to joining VBC in 2009, Atul owned and ran a successful
design, construction and property development business with projects in Sydney and Perth. Atul specialises in the design, construction, project management and development of apartment projects and has lectured in these areas at the University of New South Wales, University of Technology Sydney, University of Western Sydney and University of Canberra. He is responsible for the management of all of VBC’s medium rise apartment projects
Ike Iliffe
Housing Construction and Administration Manager
Ike is responsible for the overall management and co-ordination of all housing operations in the ACT providing the necessary cohesion between the office and site staff to ensure the successful delivery of all VBC’s housing projects. Ike has nearly 30 years experience working in residential housing and construction management roles covering all aspects of home building.
Kim Hudson
Manager, Marketing and PR
Grad.Dip. Comms, Dip. Marketing, MPRIA
Kim joined VBC in 2009 as Manager, Marketing and PR. She has
over 20 years experience in marketing and communications and is responsible for the overall management of VBC’s project and corporate marketing, communication and PR activities. Kim was most recently Group Communications Manager for Investa Property Group and has managed marketing and communications activities for projects on behalf of Lend Lease, Mirvac and Clarendon Homes.
Mark Eddy
Construction Manager
Mark has over 30 years experience in the building and construction industry. He has undertaken construction management roles, and has run his own steel fabrication business. Mark specialised in design and construction of exclusive homes before joining VBC in July 2006 and until 2009 managed our Coffs Harbour construction operations. Mark is now the company's National Construction Manager and oversees all building activities.

J. P.
Steve previously worked for many years selling real estate in Canberra and the Gold Coast. He handled VBC’s sales in the ACT from 1990 to 1992 whilst working with an ACT REIA agency. He then ran his own real estate agency to 1995. He is a member of the REI Committee. Steve joined VBC in 1995 as ACT Sales Manager and from 2000 he has taken an active role in managing sales across VBC’s projects.
Ben Stevenson
Sales Manager

Ben commenced work with VBC in 2009 and is responsible for the overall management and coordination of sales across ACT, NSW and Qld. Ben recently returned from five years in the United Kingdom where he developed and sold a successful commercial shop fitting, ground works and residential landscaping company. From 1998 to 2004 Ben held the Sales Manager position at Parnell Partners Real Estate in Frenchs Forest, Sydney, conducting sales and marketing for residential, medium density and high density projects.
Damien Howse
Financial Controller

Prior to joining VBC, Damien had 15 years experience in both audit and business services. During this period he held senior positions such as Audit Director and was Principal of a business services firm. As the Company Financial Controller, Damien has primary responsibility for the supervision of the finance function including management accounts and statutory compliance.
Peter Ramstadius
Coffs Harbour Regional Manager

For over 20 years Peter held various senior project management positions with NSW Government construction agencies. These included project mangement of the Sydney International Olympic Shooting Centre, Infrastructure Delivery Manager for the Clarence Valley and Coffs Harbour Regional Water Supply and the new Shannon Creek Dam. Peter joined VBC in 2003 and is managing the acquisition and planning and development of our Coffs Harbour projects.
Chris Daly
Project Manager
B.E. (Civil), Grad. Dip. Technology Management, CPEng., MIEAust.
Chris joined VBC in 2007 after working for over 15 years as an engineering consultant. Prior to commencing in consulting he also worked for a short period of time in the Estate Development Section of the ACT Governments Department of Environment Land and Planning. Past responsibilities included managing multi-disciplinary design and construction supervision teams. Projects have included both land development and also trunk civil infrastructure with a large focus on the development of roads. Chris has worked on projects throughout Australia as well as undertaking several overseas assignments.
Malcolm Duff
Brisbane Housing Manager
In 1990, Malcolm joined property developer Peter Kurts Group Pty Ltd marketing residential land, and furthered his residential development experience working with the MUR Group at Springfield Estate, and Cooper Constructions. Malcolm joined VBC in August 1999. Malcolm works with architects and builders and has been responsible for delivering between 500-600 houses to the Queensland market, and is now overseeing housing construction on the Company's Coffs Harbour projects.
Yasmin McHutchison
Housing Manager
Prior to Yasmin joining The Village Building Co., Yasmin was Kleenmaid's State Sales Manager, working on large scale commercial projects with interior designers, developers and builders. Her previous experience and qualifications include a 15 year career in sales and marketing. In Yasmin’s role as Housing Manager she is responsible for the successful delivery of each house at ‘Brindabella at Macgregor’, the largest housing program the Company has produced to date. Yasmin is currently completing a Diploma in Building.
Paul Roddam
Wollongong Building Manager
Since 1993 Paul has worked on many high end homes valued up to $3 million in the eastern suburbs of Sydney. Until joining VBC he ran his own successful company, building up-market architectually designed residential homes, industrial factories and small scale commercial developments in and around Shoalhaven. Paul joined VBC in August 2006 and is responsible for all building contractors, building approvals and designs in Wollongong. He also supervises civil designs and civil contractors at Edgewood Estate in Wollongong.
