About Acacia Grove
Acacia Grove is a residential community project currently being planned by the Village Building Co on 20Ha of largely fallow farmland on Beerburrum Road, Beerburrum. It has been designed to:
- Meet the growth needs of the region;
- Blend in with the existing Beerburrum township;
- Preserve the character and unique Beerburrum sense of place;
- Provide affordable and ecologically sustainable living; &
- Enhance the lifestyle and amenity of existing and new residents of Beerburrum.

- Extensive family parklands and pathways shared by existing and new residents of Beerburrum;
- Pedestrian links to the Beerburrum railway station;
- Preservation of remnant forest on the site;
- Orienting streets to natural features e.g. parks and Mount Beerburrum;
